As our Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Focus on manufacturing performance by eliminating waste, improving adherence to plans, reducing conversion costs, and enhancing efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze quality, cost, and performance metrics to identify and present actionable process improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate current process metrics and performance to pinpoint areas needing improvement, driving data-informed decisions.
• Take ownership of streamlining continuous improvement methods, ensuring they are practical and easy to implement.
• Engage in the Corrective and Preventive Actions process, facilitating and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve issues.
• Administer and direct plant safety programs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and addressing potential hazards promptly.
