Mixed sprouts
1/2 cup/1.6 oz
Iceberg lettuce, shredded

Avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into 6 slices
1 cup/1.6 oz
Carrots, shredded

Tomato Slices

Pickled beet slices
1/4 tsp each

Instructions
For each serving, spread 3-1/2 tbsp (1.85 oz) Muy Fresco® Mediterranean-Style Hummus over 1 slice of bread.
Top with 1/2 cup (0.6 oz) sprouts, 1/4 cup (0.8 oz) lettuce, 3 slices avocado, 1/2 cup (0.8 oz) carrots, 2 tomato slices and 4 pickled beet slices. Season with salt and pepper. Cap with another slice of bread. Cut in half to serve.
