Strawberry Shortcake Biscuit

Utilisant Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups

    Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding

  • 1 cup

    Smithfield cream cheese

  • 2 cups

    Sliced strawberries

  • 2 Tbsp

    Sugar

  • 12

    Frozen or pre-baked biscuits

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Cheese and Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding and refrigerate.

  2. Bake the biscuits if not using pre-baked let them cool to room temperature.

  3. In a small saucepan heat the sugar and strawberries to boil, set aside.

  4. Split biscuit.

  5. Scoop the vanilla pudding mixture onto to the bottom half of the biscuit. (approx. 2oz.)

  6. Top the mixture with 1 tbsp of strawberries.

  7. Place the remaining biscuit half on top.
