Neapolitan Waffle

Utilisant Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding & Real Fresh® Chocolate Pudding

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups

    Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding

  • 2 cups

    Real Fresh® Chocolate Pudding

  • 2 cups

    Strawberries - Strawberry puree (or can use frozen strawberries)

  • 12

    5" Waffles (frozen)

  • Confectioner sugar to garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill 3 pastry bags with each of the pudding flavors.

  2. Toast the waffles. Set aside and keep warm.

  3. Add 1/4 cups of strawberries to 1 cup of the Real Fresh® Vanilla Pudding and blend.

  4. Pipe concentric circles of each pudding flavor on waffle base.

  5. Top with second waffle.

  6. Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
