We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to drive productivity and efficiency in our operations. In this critical position, you will implement and oversee maintenance programs for our facility, utility systems, and production machinery, all while fostering a high-performance team atmosphere.

As our Maintenance Manager, your expertise will be key to our success. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Preventative Maintenance Champion: Plan, implement, and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all equipment, including air, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• Strategic Evaluator: Assess maintenance needs and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency.
• Process Enforcer: Ensure that maintenance processes and procedures are not just established but actively followed to maximize effectiveness.
• Compliance Guardian: Oversee regulatory reports, insurance inspections, maintenance audits, energy audits, and any other audits involving the department, ensuring full compliance.
• Environmental Steward: Maintain compliance with all environmental guidelines, including Federal, State, City, USDA, FDA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborative Contributor: Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams, driving innovation and efficiency.
