Taco Nacho Dippers
Usando Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce
Ingredientes
Rinde: 1 serving
1/4 cup (2 oz)
Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce
2 tsp
Vegetable oil
4 oz
Ground beef
2 tsp
Nacho seasoning
2
Crispy corn taco shells
1/2 cup
Lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup
Tomato, diced
1
Scallion, thinly sliced
Instrucciones
Prepare Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce according to package directions. Hold for service or heat to order.
In medium skillet set over medium-high heat, add oil. Add ground beef and nacho seasoning and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. Hold for service or cook to order.
Divide seasoned beef between taco shells. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and scallion. Serve with Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce for dipping.
