We are in search of a self-motivated creative person to help lead the AFP Marketing Team in the position of Senior Marketing Manager for Food Service & Export!

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & People Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage the foodservice & export marketing team, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the company.

Strategy Planning

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate foodservice and export markets, aligning with overall business objectives and sales goals.
• Engage with global network to remain informed about the company's achievements and facilitate information exchange, thereby enhancing overall market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Brand Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and trade shows.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors/agency of record to ensure product availability, quality, negotiate contract terms.

Product Development/Innovation

• Develop innovation strategy and commercialization plans by supporting insight development and application, portfolio integration, list price and cross channel pricing recommendations.

Budget Management

Manage the total marketing budget and monthly reporting of variances

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years in progressive experience of foodservice and/or export marketing roles
• 1+ yr(s) in leadership role
• Superior problem-solving skills for long term issue resolution
• Quick decision making and ability to concentrate
• Solid analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and oral
