Our 2nd Shift is 2pm-10pm, standardly Monday - Friday, some weekends as well.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:
- Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines
- Assign work, analyze productivity, workflow, methods and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate
- Enforce all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures
- Completes production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules to minimize OT; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift production daily
- Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement where applicable
- Responsible to meet all food safety, quality and customer requirements for this position
What You Must Know | Education and Experience:
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in a high speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
- Minimum 2 - 4 years experience supervisory experience in a fast paced consumer packaged goods environment
- Better Process School (will provide if needed)
- Computer skills
- Safety Oriented
