Directions
Prepare tots according to package directions.
Heat brisket to temp, toss with 2 oz barbecue sauce. Set aside.
Layer tots, then brisket. Drizzle with more barbecue sauce and Muy Fresco ® Queso Blanco.
Garnish with cotija cheese and cilantro.
