Sriracha Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Using Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
8 cups
Cauliflower florets
2 tbsp
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp
Salt
2 tbsp
Hot sauce
2 tbsp
Sriracha
1 tbsp
Margarine, melted
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
1 bunch
Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup
Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Toss cauliflower in oil and salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast cauliflower for 15 minutes.
Combine hot sauce, Sriracha, margarine and lemon juice.
Coat cauliflower with mixture.
Return to oven for 5 more minutes.
Prepare Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese Sauce according to package directions and serve as side.
Sprinkle with parsley.
