Ingredients

Yield: 1 pizza

    8 oz. can tomato sauce

  • 1

    Pre-baked pizza crust

  • 4 oz.

    Capicola

  • 1

    Small leek, chopped

  • 1

    Tomato, sliced

  • 1/2 cup

    Pickled red onion

  • 1/4 tsp

    Italian seasoning

  • 1/3 cup

    Muy Fresco® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp

    Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Spread sauce evenly onto pizza crust.

  3. Assemble toppings and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Prepare Muy Fresco® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce according to package directions.

  6. Drizzle Muy Fresco® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce on finished pizza.
