Spicy Chipotle Breakfast Pizza
Using Muy Fresco® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
Yield: 1 Pizza

Parbaked pizza crust-12"
1/2 cup
Muy Fresco® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce
3 eggs
Soft scrambled eggs
1/2 cup
Shredded cheddar
4 oz
Spicy breakfast sausage
4 oz
Pico de Gallo
Directions
Brown sausage according to directions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Assemble pizza: Spread Muy Fresco® Jalapeño Cheese Sauce around crust, leaving a 1/2" edge. Distribute scrambled eggs evenly around the pizza. Top with shredded cheese and then sausage crumbles.
Bake for 6-8 minutes in a convection or pizza oven, or until the cheese is golden brown.
Top with fresh Pico de Gallo and serve.
