Sonoran Cheese Dog
Using Muy Fresco® Premium Nacho Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
Yield: 1 entree cheese dog

All beef hot dog 8:1

Hot dog bun
2 slices
Bacon
1 oz
Muy Fresco® Premium Nacho Cheese Sauce
1 oz
Pico de Gallo or salso
1 oz
Pickled/fresh jalapenos
Directions
Wrap hot dog in bacon. Cook on grill or griddle until bacon has rendered and become crispy. Set aside.
Toast hot dog bun. Set aside.
Place hot dog in bun, and top with Muy Fresco® Premium Nacho Cheese Sauce, then Pico do Gallo. Garnish with pickled or fresh jalapenos.
