Mexican-Style Cheese Burst Pizza

Using Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco or Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 20 oz

    Pizza dough

  • 1-12”

    Tortilla shell

  • 8 oz

    Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco or Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce

  • 6 oz

    Tomato sauce

  • 6 oz

    Taco seasoned cooked ground beef

  • ½ cup

    Diced tomatoes

  • 3 oz

    Cheddar shreds

  • 3 oz

    Mozzarella shreds

  • Scallion rings to garnish

Directions

  1. Pre-heat pizza oven to 500°F.

  2. Roll & stretch dough to 14 inches in diameter.

  3. Add Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco or Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce, spreading to within 1” of the edge of the dough.

  4. Top with tortilla shell.

  5. Add tomato sauce, ground beef, shredded cheeses & diced tomatoes.

  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven garnish with scallion rings & let rest for five minutes prior to serving.
