Hangover Fries
Using Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
Yield: 1 #10 can yields 28 shareable servings
10 oz
French fries (sturdier cut recommended)
1/2 cup
Beer cheese
1/3 cup
Diced ham
1/3 cup
Chopped bacon
1/3 cup
Chopped sausage (breakfast or Italian)
1/3 cup
Shredded cheddar
1-2
Eggs
Beer Cheese
1 #10 can
Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce
1 16 oz can
Lager or light ale (IPA not recommended)
Directions
Prepare beer cheese by combining Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce and beer. Heat to temp and hold for 30 minutes before serving to cook off some of the alcohol and round out the beer flavor.
Cook fries according to directions.
Fry eggs sunny side up and let the edges crisp. Set aside.
Heat ham, bacon, and sausage on the griddle. Set aside.
Layer fries, beer cheese, then meats. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and eggs. Garnish with chives or green onions as desired.
