Cuban Sandwich Dip

Using Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco

Ingredients

Yield: 16 2-cup servings

  • 1 #10 can

    Muy Fresco® Queso Blanco

  • 3 cups

    Dill Pickles, 1/4" dice

  • 1/3 cup

    Dijon Mustard

  • 1/2 cup

    Yellow Mustard

  • 2 cups

    Heavy Cream

  • 5 lbs

    Pulled Pork, warm

  • 2 lbs

    Ham, 1/4" dice, warm

  • As needed for garnish

    Scallions (optional)

  • As needed

    Baquette, sliced, toasted (optional)

Directions

  1. To Prepare: In a large sauce pan, combine cheese sauce, pickles, mustards, and cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

  2. Add pulled pork and ham and stir to combine. Hot hold until ready to serve.

  3. To Serve: Portion 2 cups hot dip into a bowl. Garnish with scallions (optional).

  4. Serve with toasted baguette slices (optional).
