Using Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Nacho Cheese Sauce or Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce
Ingredients

Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Nacho Cheese Sauce
Or
Muy Fresco® Nacho Cheese Sauce

Eggs
2-3 oz
Carrots (diced)
1 oz
Onions (diced)
2-3 oz
Peppers (diced)
2-3 oz
Broccoli (florets)
2-3 oz
Cauliflower (florets)
3 oz
Plant-based or traditional chorizo crumbles
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350°F.
Blanch all vegetables in advance.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Transfer to greased casserole dish.
Bake in a water bath until set 30-40 minutes.
