Cheesy Chicken Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Using Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 oz

    Pulled chicken meat

  • 1/2 oz

    Chopped chives

  • 1/2 oz

    Chopped bacon

  • 4 oz

    Cheddar mashed potatoes

  • For Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 cup

    Water

  • 1 cup

    Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce

  • 1 1/4 cup

    Potato flakes

Directions

  1. In a sauce pot heat the water to boil.

  2. Add the Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce and bring back to a boil.

  3. Add the potato flakes, stir, and let it sit for five minutes, keep warm.

  4. Scoop cheddar mashed potatoes into serving vessel.

  5. Place pulled chicken on top of mashed potatoes.

  6. Topped with chopped chives and bacon.

  7. Optional: drizzle warmed Muy Fresco® Cheddar Cheese Sauce on top.
