Butterscotch Pudding Pot du Crème

Using Real Fresh® Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups

    Real Fresh® Butterscotch Pudding

  • 2 cups

    Smithfield cream cheese

Directions

  1. Heat butterscotch pudding.

  2. Add cream cheese and bring to 165°F.

  3. While mixture is hot/warm fill ramekins, scrape across the top of filled ramekin to ensure a flat surface.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, overnight is best.
