Buffalo Mac N Cheese
Using Muy Fresco® Tangy Buffalo-Style Sauce
Ingredients
Yield: 9 servings
16 oz/1 lb
Macaroni
1 can (15 oz)
Muy Fresco® Tangy Buffalo-Style Sauce

Chicken, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 cups/11.8 oz
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups/11.8 oz
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup/8 oz
Brick-style plain cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup/2 oz
Panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp
Butter, melted
2 Tbsp
Fresh parsley, finely chopped, divided

Green onions, sliced
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
In large bowl, toss together pasta, Muy Fresco® Tangy Buffalo-Style Sauce, chicken, mozzarella, Cheddar and cream cheese until well combined.
Transfer macaroni to greased half-size hotel pan (2 inches deep).
In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, 1 tbsp parsley and green onions. Sprinkle over top of macaroni mixture.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Hold for service.
Garnish with remaining parsley.
