Blueberry Buckle Whip
Using Real Fresh® Blueberry Pudding
Ingredients
4 oz
Real Fresh® Blueberry Pudding
1 can
Whipped cream
1 - 1/4 cups
Flour
1/3 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Light brown sugar
6 Tbsps
Salted butter (melted)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
To prepare streusel topping whisk together flour, sugar, lt. brown sugar
Slowly add melted butter, mix lightly until crumbly.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the streusel.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring every five minutes until the streusel is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove seal from flex line cup.
Top each Real Fresh® Blueberry Pudding cup with streusel.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
Serve.
