Baked Lobster Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce n' Penne

Using Muy Fresco® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

Yield: Serves 67 / 3 oz. Servings

  • 2 lbs

    Cooked Lobster Meat

  • 3 lbs

    Penne Pasta

  • 1 #10 Can

    Muy Fresco® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce

  • 2 cups

    Milk

  • 2 cups

    Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 1/4 cup

    Parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook the pasta al dente, strain, rinse and dry.

  3. Fold into Muy Fresco® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and mix well.

  4. Add lobster and fold gently.

  5. Add milk to adjust consistency.

  6. Pour into shallow greased baking pans.

  7. Mix parsley with Panko bread crumbs.

  8. Top with bread crumb mixture.

  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 350° F.
